With 16 Power over Ethernet enabled ports, the LGS318P 18-Port Smart Gigabit PoE+ Switch from Linksys helps to eliminate the need to run an additional power supply to your network components. The "plus" gives you roughly double the power per port while remaining backwards compatible with the traditional 802.1af PoE networking standard. In addition to Power over Ethernet functionality, this network switch features 18 Gigabit Ethernet ports along with a forwarding rate of 26.79 Mpps, a switching capacity of 36 Gbps, an 8K MAC address table, and 9K Jumbo Frame support.
